Essential Job Functions:
➣Ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Belgrave
Branch, which consists of a retail store, feed and seed warehouse, CPIC
chemical warehouse, bulk fertilizer storage and fertilizer blender, Bulk
Petroleum delivery, Fleet of Delivery units, Custom Application for fertilizer
and Crop Protection
➣Prepares in conjunction with the Controller and the General Manager a
sales and expense budget
➣Hires, trains and supervises employees as required; ensures the provision
of excellent customer service to members and customers.
➣Ensures appropriate inventory turnover, costs control, maintenance of fixed
assets, human resource management and development.
➣Ensures all government safety regulations are adhered to and safe work
practices are followed.
➣Achieves planned sales and expense management
➣Sells products and services through in store merchandising, advertising
and sales promotions.
➣ Advises and sells customers on use and application of feed and crop
products.
➣ Supervises and develops staff in handling sales, invoicing, receiving,
proper housekeeping, merchandising, cash handling, preventative
maintenance, product knowledge etc.
Desired Qualifications:
➣ A degree or diploma in agriculture or related experience would be a
definite asset.
➣Ability to work under minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
➣ Indoors/ outdoors with minimal physical activity
➣ May involve extended hours

also clear away and remove the snow and ice from the sidewalks in front
of, alongside, or at the rear of such building.
DEPOSITING OF SNOW ON
STREET ALLOWANCES
No person shall deposit any snow or ice upon any portion of any
highway, street or bridge located within the limits of the Municipality of
Central Huron.
No person shall move snow within the street allowance from one side of
the cleared portion of the street allowance intended for vehicular and
pedestrian traffic to the other side of the street allowance.

Request for
Proposals
Having secured funding through the Huron Business Development
Corporation and the Southwest Community Adjustment Fund, the
Township of North Huron and the County of Huron and seeking
proposals for the completion of a Project Analysis, Viability Study for a
major camping event to be held at the Blyth Campground, as well as, a
Marketing Plan for the Blyth Campground Facility.
Project Overview
The Township of North Huron’s, Blyth Campground is an 800 site group
camping facility that has been called “a hidden jewel in the Canadian
camping world.” It is the intention of the Township of North Huron and
the County of Huron to capitalize on the existing infrastructure to entice
people to attend a camping event sponsored by the township and its
community partners.
The planning committee foresees a camping event that focuses on
promoting the many tourist and cultural attractions in North Huron, and
surrounding area and makes the Blyth campground a vacation
destination in which to stay while taking part in all that the entire area
has to offer.
In addition, the municipality is interested in a Marketing Plan for the
Blyth Campground.

submit their proposal for the completion of a Project Analysis, Viability
