Every dog found running at large during this period may be killed or Impounded by any person or police officer or by any person authorized or directed to kill the said dogs by any one of the Trustees of the Police Village of Crediton. Owners of any dogs found running at large contrary to this By-Law shall incur a penalty of not less than $10.00 and .not exceeding $50.00 ex­clusive of costs. TRUSTEES OF CREDITON 20c BY-LAW NO. 4, 1954 VILLAGE OF CREDITON A By-Law to provide Fire Department Regulations for the Police Village of CreditonWhereas: A petition has been re­ceived by the Township of Stephen signed by the Trustees of the Police Village of Crediton requesting Fire Regulations for the said Police Vil­ lage of Crediton. Therefore: The Council of the Township of Stephen enacts as fol­lows: 1. The Crediton Fire Engine is to be used for extinguishing Fire only: .x 2> us£ of surrounding commun­ity of Crediton Police Village a mini­ mum charge of twenty dollars ($20.00) per call shall be changed, plus addi­tional charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour after the fh'st hour. 3. The Fire Chief has been author­ized to keep time from the time of leaving the Fire Hail until returning tb same.4. The Police Village of Crediton is to have preference in case of two or more fires. 5. The Fire Chief end his-assistant shall have full command of the Fire Engine at all times. 6.
