Dedicated To Pat Walkei*
Last week the Woodham horseshoe
courtWas a very exciting evening of sport
When the Exeter boys came over with glee
To try to score ringers at Woodham, you see.As the game went on in a friendly style,
Coach Pat Walker lost his smile— His team was losing, the score did show,
And this to Pat was a terrible blow. "The game must stop!*’ cried Pat with rigour,
But the Woodham boys kept going with vigour;
At the end of the playing, my sakes
alive,Woodham led by one game and points
eighty-five.
