Junior farmer meetingwas held
on April 24 in the Clinton Agri.

had set up a committee for the
Farm Safety survey. Clubs were
instructed to record all ac-
cidents in their designated
areas beginning April 1. Sew
eral accidents were already

It was reported that the field
day is coming up on June 15
in Seaforth at the high school
with several new events being
added to the program. Each
club is to have all. their entries
in on May 31. It is hoped this
will be one of the best field
day's held.

1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 evp butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar ,(firmly pack.

1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup Kelloggs All Bran
1 cup raisins
Sift tegether flour, salt, corn!
bine butter, sugar, mix thor.

let stand till firm but not
hard.
Cream: 1 cup sugar
1/0 cup butter
2 egg yolks
Drain 1 can of No 2 crushed
pineapple add to mixture 1/2
cup chopped nuts, Fold in stiffly
beaten egg whites.
Place graham wafers on the
bottom oe oblong pan, Put 1/2
the creamed mixture on wafers
then add another layer of wafers
and the remainder of cream
mixture, Spread jello over the
top, chill 12 hours or over night.
Top with whip cream,
CHERRY DESSERT
(Nona Alderdice)
Dissolve cherry jello 3 ounce
in 1/2 cup of hot water on stove.
Stir in one can Cherry Pie filler.
Beat dream whip.
Beat 2 egg whites, 1/4 tea.
spoon cream of tartar and add
1/4 cup sugar, beat until stiff
peaks.
Add dream whip and egg
whites to cherry, Pour over
graham cracker crust.
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup graham cracker
4 tablespoons butter melted
CHERRY DELIGHT DESSERT

Mix together:
1 1/2 cup Graham Wafer crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup white sugar.
Pat mixture into, a buttered
9 inch square pan.
Prepare I package of vanilla
Whip 'n Chill as directed on
box. Spread over Graham Wafer
curst. Put in refrigerator until
set. Then cover with 1/2 tin
of cherry pie filling.
Serve with whip cream.
Berries, peaches or pine.
