Laing, Mrs. Simpson and Mrs. W. Sillery also sang. The subject of Rev. H. Ken­ drick’s sermon at the Pente­ costal Tabernacle was “We Wor­ ship a Risen Lord” and the service embodied much singing from soloists as well as the con­ gregation. The Dutch people of the dist­ rict came to Exeter for Easter worship at the Legion Hall. Rev. C. M. Eeelman preached a ser­ mon on the newness of life in Jesus Christ. He said that we are to go forth as Christians in the newly resurrected life that Jesus Christ has .given. H. Cowan. Peewee Team Plays In God erich Tourney A peewee hockey team from Exeter participated in the tour­ nament in Goderich on Wednes­ day. They were defeated in their first game against a Goderich team. On the local lineup were J. Scott, Lloyd Moore, Doug Wein, K. Dellow, Fred Hunter, B. Harvey, R. Crawford, J. Rus­ sell, J. Tomlinson, J. Hennessey, J. Robertson, B. Ford, C. Bloem- mart, J. Harvey, R. Dellow and F. Boyle.
