Revises Curfew
The curfew by-law for child
ren was amended by Grand Bend
council at their recent meeting.
Children up to the age of 14,
unless accompanied by an adult,
must be off the village streets
by 9:30 p.m. until May 1, and
from May 1 until September 15
by 10:30, reverting back to 9:30
p.m. aftei’ September 15.
Council donated $50 to the
Grand Bend branch Canadian
Legion for the children’s Christ
mas tree party.

Stephen and Bosanquet councils
on the question of final village
settlement.
The sign, which will be erect
ed by the Lions Club at the en
trance of Huron street, will be

to the Relief Committee.
The condition of the village
garbage dump was discussed.
The next council meeting will be
held on Tuesday, January 8, and
regular meetings will be held
