Christinas Concert
The annual Christmas concert
was held on Monday evening,
December 18, in the church base
ment with a .good crowd in at
tendance. The program consisted
of recitations, musical numbers,
short skits, and dialogues. Santa
Claus arrived and the presents
were taken from the tree. Lunch
was then served and a social
half hour was spent by all.

Cromarty Resident Dies
The death of Mr. Alexander
McKellar took place at his home
on Tuesday morning, He was a
life-long resident of this com
munity and was in his ninety-
second year, He was a member
of Cromarty Presbyterian Church*
He is survived by three daugh
ters--—Mrs. Jessie Hamilton of
Cromarty, Mrs. W. Miller of
Staffs, and Miss Sarah McKellar
at home; and one son, Malcolm
McKellar, Seaforth; also two
sisters, Mrs. R. G. Hoggarth and
Mrs. Kenneth Drake; and one
brother, Mr. Archie McKellar. :
Funeral services will be held on
Friday with interment in Roy’s
Cemetery.
