Her maiden name was Janet Clark. She was a member of Caven Presbyterian church. Survviving are five sons, Ira, of London; Alvin, of Thames Road; John, or Detroit; Oran, of St. Catherines; George, of Hensall; also two brothers, Louis Clarke, Sr,, of Hensall and John in the west, The funeral service will be held ifrom the Hopper-Hockey funeral. home Thursday at 2 p, m. conducted by Rev. Mobile Library Shown on Film The premiere showing of the film, “The Books Drive On”, depicting the itinerary of the Huron County library truck was presented at the annual Kirkton Public Library meeting Friday evening in Aberdeen Hall, with some fifty present. This mobile library is the first of its kind in operation in Ontario. The children, as well as the adults, were pleased to see their own library and librarian taking the books to and from the library to the mobile and also some of the village children In the back­ ground. Mr. R. R. Bailie, agri­ cultural teacher, assisted by the principal, Mr. W> I. Ctirroll of Mitchell High School, wag in charge of the pictures. Miss Florence Kirk of Wood­ ham, chairman of the Library Board, conducted the business, Mr. Otis Sawyer was again elect­ ed secretary-treasurer, Mrs. Ver- da Morrison was elected as the librarian. They both gave splen­ did reports. Three new members were added to the Library Board -—Mrs. Arnold Wiseman, Mrs. Wattless, and Rev. H. Dean.
