They say every boy should have a dog...Oliver’s new best friend has arrived! Captains Mike and Nicole are thrilled to announce the birth of their first child, a boy. Beckett John Noble hit it out of the park when he arrived at 8:27 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2012. Born at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton, our rookie weighed in at 7 lbs. 4 oz. and measured up at 21 1/2" long. Cheering in the stands are first-time grandparents Murray and Ruth Lowe of Brussels, third-time grandparents Tammy Noble of Fordwich and Ken Noble of Gorrie and fourth-time Great-Gran Gwynne Brown of Gorrie. Also welcoming him to the team are Uncle John Lowe of Brussels and Aunt Melissa and Uncle Jeff Wormington of Goderich. Cousins Makenna and Jack Wormington can’t wait for Beckett to join them on the field. We would like to thank our coaches, Susan Wilts and Sarah Heikoop from Huron Community Midwifery Services for their wonderful care, encouragement and ongoing support. Thank you to Dr. Sue McArthur and the amazing nursing staff at the SBGHC, Walkerton for the excellent care and for making our stay very comfortable. 46-1 SHORTREED.
