LOIS HAINES Mrs. Lois Margaret (Rathbun) Haines, formerly of Auburn and Fordwich passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012. She was in her 96th year. Lois was the wife of the late Donald Haines and mother ofMargaret and Ron Livermore of Fordwich and Ed and Margaret Haines of Beamsville. She was the grandmother of Robert and Wendy Livermore of Etobicoke, Donald and Jayne Livermore of Windsor, Philip and Alicia Livermore of Grimsby, Rachel Haines and Brett Karhinen of Ottawa, and David Haines of Burlington and great-grandmother of Angela and Wade Livermore, Owen and Carter Livermore and Autumn Livermore. Lois was predeceased by one sister and two brothers. Visitation was held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment was in Colborne Township Cemetery. Memorial donations to Canadian Bible Society, Canadian Cancer Society, Auburn United Church orFordwich United Church would be appreciated. Online condolences may be left at www.eatonfuneralhome.ca EMMA ELBERTA McKAY Emma McKay of Wingham passed away at Wingham and District Hospital on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012. She was 94. The former Emma Krohn was the beloved wife of the late George McKay who predeceased her in 1969. She was the dear mother-in- law of Joanne McKay of Wingham and Patricia McKay of Paisley and the loving grandmother of Billy McKay and Sue Jones of Calgary, Shawn and Karen McKay of Lucknow, Kathy and Lyle Campbell of Bluevale and Danny and Patricia McKay of Brussels. Emma is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren and by special friendsGrant and Beryl Perks of Sebringville. She was predeceased by her sons David McKay (1990) and Charles McKay (2010), parents William and Caroline (Thom) Krohn and brother Charles Krohn. Visitation was held at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham on Monday. The funeral service was held at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday. Rev. Bernard Skelding officiated. Interment was in Wingham Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church or the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
