“Thank you! People have been so
good to us and have gone out of their
way for us. To our family and
friends, thank you all for everything
from the bottom of my heart. God
bless!” Love, Marianna (June 11,
2012).
–––––––––––––––
The family of Marianna Ryan
(Grobbink) would like to extend
their heartfelt thank you to all of
their family, friends, neighbours and
healthcare professionals for their
compassion and caring during her
illness and passing. Thank you to the
medical team at the Oncology
Centre in London, including Dr.
Prefontaine and Dr. Welsch and the
nursing staff at the Wingham
Community Hospital where
Marianna received her treatments.
Every one of you make a difference,
every day, to every cancer patient.
Thank you to Norma, from Huron
Hospice, you were a strength that we
all drew from. Thank you to all of
the wonderful people who work
through CCAC and One Care. There
are so many of you who helped
Marianna on this journey and we
appreciate every kind action and
smile from every one of you. A
special thank you to Allison for all of
her understanding and assistance. To
all of the caring staff at Seaforth
Community Hospital, there is not
enough that can be said about the
level of care that Marianna received,
from the nurses to the emergency
room doctors, and all who work at
the hospital. We are so grateful for
all you do! The nurses especially,
who were there to support Marianna
during the most painful times, we
will always remember what an
amazing group of individuals you
are. A very special thank you to Dr.
Agnieszka Kluz, who brought a
smile to Marianna’s face, every time
she walked in the room. A sincere

celebration of her life. Thank you to
the neighbours for the beautiful lilac
tree and special gifts in Marianna’s
memory. Thank you to all the people

CARDIFF. In loving memory of
Clifford (Pete) Cardiff who passed
away September 28, 1974 and Helen
Cardiff, June 27, 2006.
Our lives go on without you,
But nothing is the same,
We have tried to hide our heartaches,
When someone speaks your names.
You did so many things for us,
Your hearts were kind and true,
And when we needed someone,
We could always count on you.
The special years will not return,
When we were all together,
But with the love within our hearts,
You will walk with us forever.
– Lovingly remembered by Fran,
Marie, your grandchildren and great-
grandchildren. 28-1
