of a research project that studies how
exercise prescription helps reduce
risk factors for Type 2 diabetes. The
event will include a free: fitness test
(suitable for adults of all activity
levels who can climb stairs), exercise
prescription, pedometer, and healthy
snacks. No registration required.

The fitness test will take about
30 minutes to complete. For
