during her many years as a resident.

held at the Seaforth and District
Community Centre on May 16 from
8 - 10 a.m. or the Brussels, Morris
and Grey Community Centre on
May 17 from 9 - 11 a.m. and be part
of a research project that studies how
exercise prescription helps reduce
risk factors for Type 2 diabetes. The
event will include a free: fitness test
(suitable for adults of all activity
levels who can climb stairs), exercise
prescription, pedometer, and healthy
snacks. No registration required.
Wear comfort-able shoes and
clothes. The fitness test will take
about 30 minutes to complete. For
