Westcott on Thursday night to honor Miss Iva Fisher, bride-elect, with a miscellaneous shower, Iva was escorted to a pretty decorated chair in the arch underneath a fancy umbrella. Lohengrin’s wed­ ding march was played and a mock wedding ceremony took place. An address was read by Miss Helen Westcott after which Iva was sent on a treasure hunt to locate her gifts and after opening them she made a suitable reply thanking all for gifts and good wishes. This was followed by several humorous read­ ings by Anna Brock.
