A few people from Saskatchewan motored over to these parts last week and were very much surpris­ ed to see vegetation so fresh and looking so well. They called on a few friends in and around /the vil­ lage. Among them was Mrs. Miller, who lived in this neighborhood at one time and who called on Mrs. S. A. Miller, of the village. Miss Nettie Scott, Rev. Peter Scott, friends in and around the village during her holidays. It is forty-five years since they left the village. Miss Donna Parker is at present visiting in London with friends. Mr. Lloyd Sorsdhal left this week for the West. It is some time since Lloyd came ovei‘ and a Visit with his parents will be very acceptable.
