new barn of Delmar Johnston,
lot 13, concession 4, Blanshard,
was burned by lightning. It was
one of the finest barns in Blan-
shard township, erected
years ago.
The loss is considerable
the season’s crop of grain and
hay was burned along with
forty-two pigs of about 160
pounds. It was insured in the
Usborne and Hibbert Insurance
Company.
