The minutes of the last regu­ lar meeting of September 7 were read and adopted oh the motion of Councillors Sweitzer and Cochrane. Communications were read and dealt with as follows: Exeter Public School Board, re Police supervision at the library. It was moved and seconded by Councillors Allison and Sweit­ zer that Chief Norry be instruct­ ed to provide supervision of children crossing Main Street at the library corner.
