A. May and the director, Mrs. F. J. Milner. On Tuesday night, May 18, the girls gathered at Mrs. "May’s home and made the last evening of the season a social one. After the Opening Ritual and the bus­ iness, they joined in a sing-song led by Ada Dinney and accom­ panied by Gwen Whilsmith. There were a few -contests and the last feature of the evening was a fashion show of hats. The girls were groups and papers from design hats, modelled by , prize. Refreshments were ser­ ved with Mrs. Milner pouring tea and Norma Wilson and Mar­ jorie Richards assisting. On Wednesday afternoon, June 2nd, Mrs, Milner was hos­ tess at a lovely garden party held on her lawn which was at­ tractively decorated, Each girl was greeted by Mrs. Milner, en­ tered the garden through an arbour of lilacs and was then introduced to the members of the Ladies’ Bridge Club who were also attending the party. There were many nice things to eat and there was a choice of tea or iced gingerale for a bev­ erage. Later on, the ladies of the Bridge Club adjourned into the house to play bridge. The members of the sorority spent the remainder of the afternoon playing games. It was a lovely day for it and all the girls had an enjoyable time.
