Hogarth Phone 266 For the funeral service of the late Mrs. Thomas Ogden, 79, held on Saturday, May 17th Grace Unit­ ed church of Fillmore, Sask., was filled to capacity with relatives* and friends who gathered to pay their respects to an early Pioneer, a loved friend, and a good neigh­ bor. Of a quiet disposition, Mrs. Ogden’s known noted for its hospitality and help­ fulness. Her influence will long be felt and her memory cherished. Mrs. Ogden was born in Preston,, Ont. January 2nd, 1868. Her passing was due to a diabetic heart condition, and following a few hours illness, with her family all about her. she passed peacefully away on Thurs­ day morning, May 15th. The ser­ vice was conducted by Rev. A. D. Stade B.A. B.D. The choir sang "Father in Thy Gracious Keeping” Other hymns used were "What al friend we have in Jesus” and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus". Left to mourn besides her husband are 2 sons, Roy, of Fillmore and Fred Creelman and eight grandchildren, Melville, Clifford, Kenneth.
