Thee Limb Interrupts Power Christmas Day
Not all power failures -are as widespread as, the :one which occurred In
Ontario and theinorth part of the United. States in• November. When this limb
fell from a large tree at Douglas Bartliff's home on Rattenbury Street, it chose
direction rather wells and headed directly toward the street. In :falling it jarred
the power :service, and left the`Bartliff home and the Stanley home across the
street,, without hydro for about, an hour before the '.town PUC men had the re-
pairs made. When? 'Christmas Day. When the turkey was just about -to be
carved, or bashed, or whatever happens to the bird on the morning of the 25th.
