Rules and Regulations 1— -Any man, woman, or child' is eligible to join the cluib, but ?ne management . reserves the right to reject objectionable entrants. 2— No* employee of this newspaper, or member of an employee’s immediate1 family, may become a member of the club. This does not apply to carrier boys, news dealers or correspondents. 3— This club is for individuals—not organizations. 4— Winners will* be decided by their credits, said credits being represented by certificates issued for subscriptions. <5—club members may work where they please, collecting for back subscrip­ tions and renewals as well as new subscriptions and credits will be issued on all. 6— Cash must accompany all orders where credits are desired. Each club member is an authorized agent of this newspaper, and it is distinctly understood that each member will be responsible for money and remit amounts in full to the campaign department. 7— Credits are not transferable. One member cannot withdraw in favor of another. Subscriptions cannot be transfered from one member to another, and any such transferred business will be subject .to disqualification at the discretion of the campaign manager. 8— Credits may be held in reserve or polled, at the discretion of the. club member, up to and including the last day of the campaign; except at the discre­ tion of the club manager, • . t9— ,in the event of a tie for any pne of the prizes a prize identical in value Will be awarded to each tying club member, The prize will not be divided. 10— Any collusion on the part of club • memlbeiiS to the detriment of other club members will not be tolerated. Any dub member entering into or taking part in such combination will forfeit all right to either a prize or cash commission. 11— -There will be several prizes awarded beside Cash commissions to ACTIVE non-prlze winners but it is distinctly understood that ANY club member, failing to make a cash report at least Once a -week shall be declared INACTIVE and he or she'will be disqualified ahd forfeit all right to either a prize or cash commission. However missed reports may be made up when the member desires to do so» 12— This newspaper reserves the right to add one or more awards to the list as published and to correct typographical errors that may occur in any of its anno un cements. 13_*_No statement or promise cither written or verbal, made by anyone varying from the rules as set forth will be recognized.
