Ferguson, secretary of the Blue Water High way Association, of Sarnia, stated last week, While figures will not be avaihvbe until September, Mr. Ferguson said all northern munici palities have reported a surprising increase and business lias been cor respondingly good. Engineers from the Provincial Highways depart ment have been making surveys, taking levels and width of the road in the vicinity of Grand Bend and through the Pinery, The Boy Scouts’ Camp .at the Beach O' Pines lias been a scene of activity during the past few weeks. Quite a number of Stouts from Lon don have been camped there. There have not been as many changes in the occupants of the cottages this week as there have been some of the other weeks. Most of the cottages are filled, although there are a few vacant. Several in stances have been reported where through the medium of the Times- Advocate old friends have met for | the first time in many years. One Indy reported on Monday1 that she I had seen in the paper the name of I a friend from Quebec whom she i had not seen in twenty years and ■ that they .had spent a most1 enjoy- j able time together.
