crowd of last year was .au exception
as it sometimes, happen, the crowd
this year was quite normal, no doubt
it would have been several hundred
larger but our usual date happened
to find a little misfortune and con
flicted with “Aunt Lucia” staged at
Exeter, however the proceeds of that
attraction may be used for charit
able purposes so we overlook it in
a charitable spirit. The work of
the convenors and their committees
was complete. The pastor in the
announcements on (Sunday offered
words of hearty appreciation to all
who kindly fell into line with the
call of the captains and that all the
work had the stamp of well-done.

Calvary Evangelical Church in
Cleveland, was the scene last Satur
day evening at eight o’clock of the
wedding of Miss Vera Estella Holtz
mann and A. Worthington Russell.
Miss Holtzmann is a daughter of
Mrs. Ellen Morlock Holtzman and
the late Mr. J. H. Holtzmann.
The Rev. C, A. Hirschman per
formed the ceremony. The decora-
ions of the church were of palms,
Cybolium ferns, Cathedral
and autumn flowers, which

Kashmirita cloth with lynch collar.
The bride wore an elaborate corsage
bouquet of yellow and pink Butter
fly rose buds and Maiden-hair fern.
Mr. and Mrs. Russell will reside
in Shaker Square, Cleveland, Ohio.
