The petition will. ask for a plebiscite to be held some time in the future .on a marketing plan, If 15 per-, cent of the 12,000-odd fluid milk producers sign the peti- tion, it will be presented to the Ontario Milk Industry Board. "We are moving ahead with our plans as quiekly as pos- sible," says W. R. Peters; presi- dent of the League. League officials hope that the Petition will be completed by mid-August. It asks simply that die producers "be given the opportunity to vote on a plan to become a marketing board for the marketing of milk produced by fluid milk producers."
