quotes placards in New Hanip-
shire taverns; "If you drink
and stay off :the road, that's
your business. If you drink and
drive—that's my business."

An inexplicable traffic jam an
the open highway often turns
out to be caused simply by
drivers "crawling" to get all
the details of an accident scene,
The Ontario Safety League asks
drivers to remember that slow-
ing down simply to satisfy one's
curiosity at an accident loca-
tion can irritate and inconven-
ience following drivers, and may
even delay the arrival of essen-
tial ambulance and police ser-
vices.
