GRAND BEND WINS
TOURNAMENT
On Tuesday afternoon the Grand
Bend softball team were successful
in winning the softball laurels and
thus qualifying to meet Goderich in
the Huron Presbytery softball
league _ play-off. Six teams were
Grand Bend, Hensall, James St, and
Main St. churches of town. In the
first game James St. and Hensall
met with the former team winning
by a score of 11 to 6. R. Goulding
pitched for the winners, while F.

Main St. met with the latter team
winning by a score of 8 to 5.
