Add a -little fresh mash or CHECKER-ETTS every time you go into the pen. Stir up with your'fingers. This attracts their attention( and starts them eating Put a feeder up on the roosts in the day time. This will give timid birds a better chance to eat. Top-feed CHECKERS at noon, scattering them on top of the mash or CHECKER-ETTS in the feeders. Give them a good feed of CHECKERS or grain at night (depending on the feeding plan you are following).
