Hazelwood, is in South Huron Hospital, Exeter, following' a fall at her home. • The elderly refdent was found lying semi-conscious on the floor of her bedroom after a neighbor rapped at the ' Moor of her,rhome• and received no answer. She is reported suffering 'head and rib injuries. Mrs. Hazelwood, who lived alone while her •'husband was a patient at the Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, was believed to have,,fal- len the day before. ' Her helpless plight was discov- ered, by Dr. J: a Goddard who was notified .by the neighbor, and broke down •the door. In attempt- ing to break the lock, Dr. Goddard put his own arm through -a pan? ,Of glass ixi the door but was not injured.
