for special education
Superintendent Kenwell
said once all the forms are
completed a better under-
standing of what will be
required to implement the
special education bill in this
county would be possible.
When asked about special
education at secondary school
levels. Mr. Kenwell said not
as much has been done as at
the elementary level- He said
lack of money and a prefer-
ence for starting at the
elementary level are two
reasons.
