(Photo by Oke) Former board chairman charged with defrauding Cayley Hill, former chair- man of the Huron County board of education, has been charged with defrauding Champion Road ,Machinery Ltd., where he was employed until two years ago. Mr. Hill, 51, of 27 Wellington Street, Goderich, was charged last weekend by the provincial police anti- rackets division following a combined OPP and Goderich police investigation.
