were read and adopted by
Donna Patterson and Clair
Campbell. Miss -Peg Grieve
I gave the treasurer's report.
The nominating committe
is James Keyes, Win Brown
and John Patterson. It was
moved and seconded by Clair
Campbell and Donna Pat-
terson that Rev. Duke make
the purchase of a new desk
for the vestry.

unnecessary noise topped
the cases presented in pro-
vincial court in Seaforth last
week.
Louis Arts, RR 4, Seaforth,
was fined $98 for creating an
unnecessary noise, and fined
$183 and $213 on two separ-
ate charges of speeding.
Robert P?stello of Seaforth
was found guilty -of creating
unnecessary noise. and also
fined S98..
Arnold Bos of RR 2, Mitch-
1, was fined $28 for follow-
ing another vehicle too close-
ly, a charge which resulted
from an accident in Seaforth.
Beverly Brown of Egmond-
vine was fined $28 for driving
left of the centre lane.
Randy James Buuck of RR
4, Seaforth was fined $54 for
having liquor available' while
a minor.
Ronald J. Chalmers of RR
2, Kippen was found guilty of
creating unnecessary noise
and fined $98. The Federal Business
Development Bank's Man-
agement Services will hold a
management seminar for '
small business in Vanastra,
Clinton, at the Sandpiper Inn
on December 6th, 1978. The
day's program will deal with
taxation as it applies to the
small business person, an
area of growing concern
these days when every penny
counts.
