curlers to know when to
sweep a curling stone and
why• a skip calls certain
shots. It will teach you that
the 'dumb' shot your skip
just asked you to throw was
really a brilliant call and will
also teach you when to sweep
a stone so your skip doesn't
pass you mumbling under his
breath because his rock is
sitting 2 inches from the
house. It sounds like the
night will be informative and
fun.

Last Monday the
Bantams were jolted by the
Mitchell Bantams in Mitchell
by a 6-4 score.- From the
opening whistle, Mitchell
jumped into a quick 3-goal
lead but struggled 'to hang
on as Seaforth fought back to
tie on goals by Murray, Kelly
and Wesenberg, Bice re-
gained the lead for Mitchell
and they held on to hand
Seaforth their first defeat of
the season,
Rob Lane scored,
Seaforth's other goal as he
picked up a pass' from Kelly,
and tipped it into the lower
left corner over a sprawled
goalie's stick. Mitchell
played an agaressiv.e gime
picking -up 9 out of 14

scored, a hat trick for
