Councillor Procter then asked what they were going to do with the road allowance and it was suggested that trees be planted. Council instructed clerk Nancy Michie to write to MTC suggesting two alternatives that would allow the road- to be left open, Their alternatives were a low level flow crossing suitable for summer use only or a standard type bridge, council suggested MTC be asked, about the feasibility of either project.
