Mr. Edmund ly was in Ottawa laSt week for an RCAF
radar officer. eun n. He was in the original .group of
twenty thr e Canadia ,is who fir st learned of the secret
weapon called radar. The 'reunion is %limited to those
officers who trained in England prior to the opening of
training in Clinton. Of the original 23, only 9 were present
as many have died or were not well enough to attend. The
reunion celebrated 37 years since that first class.
Joanne Bode of 128 GOderich St. W is attending the
University of Mannheim in Germany and is majoring in
German and French.
Mrs. Art Nicholson, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Nicholson,
Randy and David Alexander attended the graduation of
Barbara Alexander' at the University of Western Ontario
On Sat. Oct. 28.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe ' Williams from • Vancouver B.CI,
attended the wedding of his mother Pearl, and since has
returned ' home.

Mrs: Helen Worsell of Kitchener visited friends in the area
