The clerk said homeowners who qualify tafit'ssistance in making repairs have a gross adjusted income of $12,500 or less annually. There are different regulatiOns governing 'the one parent family in regard to income. Mr. Friend said repairs to the home should be done "at one fell swoop" under the program. The objective of the program is to correct faulty structural and sanitary conditions and to upgrade plumbibg, heating, insulation and electrical systems of owner-occupied homes.
