APRICOTS GROWING N WINGIIAM—Mr. Jas.
Collins, of town, br ight to the TIMES a
few days ago, a sm 1 basket of Russian
apricots taken from tree in his own gar-
den. The fruit wa perfectly ripe and
was fully as loeious the best peach. It
had always been supp ed that the Cana-
dian climate was too igerous for this fruit
but this apparently not the case.
