Being a By-Law to amend By-Law No. 794
WHEREAS the. Official Plan for the Seaforth Planning Area rnitLihe d. of •
certain land for residential purposes, and
WHEREAS the Seaforth Planning Board has-recommended that certain lands• be , zoned as General Residential (R2), ,
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Seaforth enacts as
follows:
1,. Not ‘ivithstanding any other provision of By-Law No. 794, the. zoning map forming
part' of By-Law No. 794 is hereby changed fcir those lands described in Schedule "A"
.attached, from Restricted Residential Zone (R1) to General Residential Zone (R2).

The land to the west, north and east of the said parCel is zoned ft sistrioblat
Residential (R1). The land to the south is zoned Generalesidentliti (R2). Tile paroelt
land being rezoned is now zoned Restricted Residential (R1) and the Town df Seater*
10ntencli to make application to the Ontario Municipal Board approving a change of zoning
to General Residential (R2). By-Law No. 25 for 1978, if approved, would charile #1,*
permitted, use of the above-mentioned lands to General Residential. „
The Town of Seaforth has recently acquired a parcel of land approximately
