viz :-
1st. we will lease to the town the water
privilege as heretofore for the stmt of 1500
per year. We to pay oar taxes.
2nd. We will furnish water for a stand
pipe, providing the town etects one, they
to make alt necessary connections, etc , for
a nominal fee, according td the water used
for such purposes as watering streets. lawns,
domestic purposes and lire protection.
3rd. We will sell to the town the dam and
privilege for the sum of X7000. We to re-
serve theinill and all that property lying
on the south side of Water street.
