Quo- tations rule from $2 to k8 each: Milch cows and springers -There were quite a few dairylt}en on the market, looking for newly calved cows ; choice cows and early spring- ers, sold readily, but coalition cows wore not wanted. Prices were firm at, $25 to $46 each. Hogs --Offerings were lighter and the market was, f}rm;,at 4-3e to 411e for choice selec- tions, weighed -off the cans. Thick: 'fat light and stores sell at 4 •0; stores aro wanted. There doesn't seem 'to be very much the matter with your child. He doesn't ac- tually lose weight, but there is no gain. He belongs to that large class of children that don't seem to prosper. You look at him a little more thoughtfully than you do at the rest and say "He is. not doing well.".
