Tom Snowdon of Seaforth, a
Grade 13 student, said he was
doing homework becaue he's got
a lot of things to get caught upon.
He said he would get a job
while the strike is on but he
doesn't know how „lotrg---the--
teacher's are going to be out so
this would make it difficult for
anyone to hire him.
He said that right now he is just
catching up on things he had
neglected to do before and he has
also been doing some things .for.
the student council of which he is
social, convenor.
Tom has also been taking a
correspondence course in History
so he can get extra credit toward
his Grade 13.
Kim said she is planning on
going back as long as she gets her
year. She said her parents had'
talked about •sending.,„,her to
mother school to_finish up her
year.
Joanne*Rimmer of Seaforth has
been working more at her part-
time job than usual and also at
home. She had been working
after school, at nights, and on
Saturdays but right now she 'is
filling in for another woman and
is working two or three more days
a week.
Joanne who is in Grade 12 said •
