Curling Club won the Spinrite'
trophy in •Listowel on Saturday.
Curling in the 'spiel were Bill
Campbell, Gwen Patterson, John
Patterson and Irma Pryce. • .
The Junior Curlers held a very
Successful Fun Day on Sunday at
the•Club. They played two six-end
. games. The first game included a
variety• of changes that added to
the fun. The second end of the
game wag skipped by the leads; •
the fourth end saw the • skipS
switch to their opposition's team; '
and the sixth end was played with
no sweeping allowed.
The second game of the
afternoon was a serious ganic and
all scores were very close.
Winning first prig,' Which had
been donated by the Deightens,
was the team skipped by Dick
.• Robinson, with Vicki Ste: Marie,
Brad Rice 'and Peter Underwood;

Second prize went to David
Underwood with Susan Primeau,
