A Timely Hint
They strolled along through the wood
together,
A manly youth and a maiden fair,
Gatherireg leaves, in the autumn wea-
ther,
Tinted with *ors mostrich & rare,
He said: "Youare moll like the -Au-
tumn leaves,
With your cheeks of red and hair•of
gold; - • •
And your heart the frost that the leaf
receives, ,
.'Ere its hues are seen, for yeur heart
is cold." . •
The maiden answered: "It may be so;
You'ye known me long, and perhaps
e know best;
But the frozen leaf soon thaws, you
know,
.After 'tis gathered and properly
. pressed."

all huntsmen form themselves into an
association and appoint a delegation to
