given year, the amount of money
involved may (a) be added to the
principal 'sum from which the

as a second scholarihip given the
next year.
(b) The Trustee. shall pay the '
sum of $25.00 annually from-
income of the fund to the student
so named by the Principal of the
'school. At the discretion of the .
Trustee the annual amount may
be increased, provided sufficient
funds are available in the income
cash of the fund.
(c) The Trustee , shall ' be.

of the fund in such investments as
shall be authorized by law for ..

Victoria and Grey Trust

continue to award the scholarship

school that serves the area that
would have been served by the
Seaforth. District High School bad

this event will be those who are

(f) The Trustee shall issue each
year immediately • following the
awarding of 'the scholarship a

Expositor, Seaforih, Ontario,
indicating .the name and address
of '-he winner, the grounds .on
which the selection was made and
that the scholarship is a memorial.,
to the foriner students of the
Seaforth Collegiate Institute who
lost their lives in the Great War of
`1914-18.
These presents shall be binding
upon and enure to the benefit of
the heirs, executors, administra-
tors, successors and assigns of
the parties hereto, as the cas
may be, and the context may,
require.
