Poor.weather over the weekend
didn't pit the, clamps on curlers,
as there is lots of action to report
for this week. Bill Campbell,
Gwen. Patterson, •John Patterson
and Beth Pryce curled in the
Golden Horseshoe Mixed Spiel in
Hamilton this weekend and came
home winners el •.the Gooderham
and Worts Trophy,
Four teams from Seaforth
'competed in a men's spiel in
vanastra on Saturday.. Murray
Forbes, Bob Fotheringharn,
Gordon Pryce and' Harold Pryce
• were on the eleven o'clock draW
and came borne with third prize.
OU the' 9:00 draw were Brke
Coleman with Eric McIntosh, Bob
Campbell and Mert Keys. Also on
the 9:00. draw, was Dave' Cornish
with Ray Beattie, Jim Rose and
