Local people were involved clearing snow away from the bank's lawn so that according to Ed. Sumner of McKim Advertising, It can be used year round, Phony grass was put down to cover any bare splits, and „after waiting for just the right amount of suit, the cameras rolled. A lot of other Seaforth people just watched the action and wondered what the heck was going on. JOSEPH JORDAN Mrs. Joseph Jordan, 78, of Dublin, died Monday at St. ' Mary's Hospital, Loridon. She had been a resident of the Marian Villa for a number of . years. She.was the former Mary Agnes Sloane, daughter of the late George Sloane and the fermer Mary Ryan, of Mckillop Township. -She was educated 'at Beechwood School., She married Jaeph Jordan at St, Columbati in 1919, and the couple farmed in Hibbert Township until retiring 'to Dublin in 1960. Her 'husband died in 1965. Surviving are: daughters Mrs. Michael (Mary) Coyne, of R.R.2, Staffa, Mrs. Frank (Eileen) Williams. of Dubli n, Mrs. Maurice (Jean) Ry an, of R.12.2,' Dublin and Mrs. Alfred (Loreen) McDougall, of-- London; 22 grandchildren and six grand- children. Fortherly Minnie F. Yeo she was born at Palmerston on Augusr7, 1897, a daughter of the late John and Regina Yeo. Following her marriage to Hector McPhail December 27, 1951, they fawned in Hibbert Township until retiring to Mitchell in 1963. She was a member of Main St.United Church., Surviving are her husband; two stepsons, Ross McPh-ail, Hibbert Township and Darwin McPhail, Holland Landing; three stepdaughters, Doreen, Mrs. Lorne Taylor, San Dingo, California; Winn ifred, Mrs.. Norman Dow, Hibbert Township, and Lillian, Mrs. Donald Hocking, Fullarton Township; one nephew, Lloyd Johnston, Delaware, and one niece, Margaret, Mrs.Fred Pridham. Fullarton Township; 18 stepgrandchidren and two great- stepgrandchildren. She was predeceased by one brother, one sister and two stepsons. Rev. AUSTIN DEXTER Mr. Austin Dexter, 91. of Huronview„ passed away on Wednesday, December 22nd in Goderich Alexander Hospital. Son of the late Theodore Dexter and Ellen Stewart, he was born in Hullett Township wh'gre he farmed until retiring to Blyth in 1956. He was predeceased by his wife, the former .Christina Mac Adams, a .son Elmer Charles in infancy and one brother Charles. Surviving are his four daughters. MALONE Joseph Dennis Malone, 67, of McKillop Township, died at University Hospital, London, Monday. He had been a resident of Huronview, Clinton, for a number of years. Mr. Malone was born in McKillop , a son of the Ite John Malone and Emily Armstrong. He retired in Seaforthin 1967 and Predeceased by his wife, the former Theresa Delaney, in 1961, he is survived by two sons, Frank J., of Kelowna, B.C, and Paul of R.R.1, Granton; by daughters, Mrs. F.J. (Pauline) Rowland, of - Guelph, Anne Marie Malone, of Stratford, and Mrs. Val (Geraldine) Blair, of Winfield, B .0 brothers, Clarenct, and Emrfiett, both of Seaforth; by a sister, many, of Essex, and by 5 grandchildren.
