(By Joe McLean)
In nine weeks of travelling in
ten European countries we have
had some special experiences and'
met many young people from
allover the world.
One of the most interesting
"young persons." I have met has
got to be Jan Groothuis of
Hengevelde, Holland. One of his
14 children Gerald, has lived in
Seaforth for many years.
A t 83 years of age, after a full,
rewarding life as a carpenter,
then businessman, Mr Groothuis
has much spare time. I really
don't know what to call him
except a faitAealer.
For six years he has been
helping to heal burns, cuts,
bruises, colds and many other
ailments for anyone who wants
his help. Before that he looked
after his immediate family.
I don't know how or why he is
able to heal people. All I can say
with reasonable certainty is that
his medicine work's. Most nights
