Duc-k -Club -111- to shoot at lagoon Town council gave its blessing' to an agreement between the newly formed Seaforth Duck Club and. the Ministry of the Environ- ment that gives the club hunting rights on the Seaforth sewer lagoon in Tuckersmith township. The ministry has agreed to the club's shooting there until the end of 1977 in exchange for its looking after fences, posting and patrolling the site. The club, according to presi- dent, Dave Dale, has also been talking to the Ministry of Natural Resources and intends to set up nesting boxes and to band young birds. The club is obligated to make sure that member hunters don't disturb neighbours of the site and will limit the number of hunting days per season and the number of members on the- property at one time. "The club is serious in its • approach to hunting and conser- vation and fully intends to practile both in such a manner asn' to benefit grid protect the public at large," said Mr. Dale's letter' of information to council. 1 11•111 100 01•• NINE Mai OWN MIN O 011 IMMO 11110 ' At Carl's WE'RE MASTERS AT OUR CRAFT FROM START TO FINISH I FROM ESTIMATE TO DELIVERY !
