YEA, WE'RE GOING TO SCHOOL — It might be hard for their older brothers and
sisters to believe; but the nearly 70 three to six year olds who started the summer
program at Snoopy Nursery School-this week could hardly wait to get into SPS. Four
instructors face the onslaught of small fry at 9 every morning. There are more
prospective students on a waiting list. (Staff Photo)

CONCENTRATION — Learning some of the finer
points about swimming, like how to swim on your
back without using your hands, is hard work.
Judging by their expressior4 these three students in
the Junior class offered at the Lions Pool are going to
READY, SET CATCH — Playground leader Margaret Sills rolls a ball at some of
the 45 kids who take part in the recreation program every day at the Lions Park.
Susan Beuerman is the program supervisor, Susan Humphries is another leader
and Ruth Anne Dunlop is in charge of the overall summer recreation program. The
recreation program for older kids includes a field day and a play day when Seaforth
will host about 1000ids from other town's recreation programs, (Staff Photo)
WE'RE HAVING A GREAT TIME — Christine Dinsmore, left and Andrea Pinder
are obviously enjoying their first day at the recreation program for kids who are too
old for Snoopy School which started this week at the Lions Park. Seaforth's
recreation department is in charge of the program. Recreation director Clive Buist
estimates that the entire summer -recreation program might cost $1500 for the
whole town. (Staff Photo)
