A party was arranged in her honour and attending were Mrs. Ada Reid, Mrs. L. Dundas, Mrs. Minnie -and Etta Hawley, Mrs. L. Hudie and Miss Mary Neville. Happy Birthday was sung and Miss Davidson was the recipient of many good wishes from her friends, and from the staff of Seaforth Manor. Also celebrating a birthday was Miss Mary Neville on Thursday, June 24. A party, birthday cake and all, was held for her with twelve attending. Mary received a number of gifts and good wishes froth her many friends, William Scott was visited by his sisters, Ina and Ellen of London, also by Laura Stead who brought Bill a beautiful bouquet of roses from her garden; also visiting with Mr. Scott were his wife, Isabel of Brucefield.
