Although the Try-Hards, took an early I - 0 lead it wasn't long before Seaforth's star, number 23 tied up the game. After goals by Scaforth's McLeod and CKNX's Ross Pall, the Selects took over. In the first period with five unanswered goals, 2 quick goals. by Clive Hoist, one by _McLaughlin and Bob Beutten- miller and the second goal for Jim McLeod.
